We support you during this uncertain time. Sessions are offered online or by phone.
As I get to know you, and validate your experiences and struggles, a feeling of trust and safety is established. We will look at what is and is not functioning well in your life. We will work together to make a plan and set goals for the first 6 sessions, which is considered the minimum amount of time to commit to therapy. Every six weeks, we will then review how the process is going.
As the therapeutic relationship grows, we delve into the issues which have brought you to therapy. You go at your own pace, as I help you to help yourself. It is a process of self-discovery, which can be short-term (6 weeks), medium term or long term.
At this point, hopefully you will have achieved some or all of the therapeutic goals you set out with – and potentially a lot more. As you move closer to your full potential, negative beliefs are discarded and confidence and inner peace grows.
